Professor Mary Luckhurst
Mary Luckhurst is an academic and theatre practitioner. She has held positions at several prominent universities including the University of Melbourne, University of York, and now the University of Bristol, where she is the first female Head of the School of Arts. Luckhurst has published widely in the world of academia and the wider press. Currently her projects are directed towards the struggle female performers face when they challenge society.
