Exercise with Ana

Pascal Theatre Company,
funded by The National Lottery Community Fund,
The classes aim to improve mental and physical wellbeing. They have been designed to counter feelings of isolation caused by the pandemic.

Classes are currently on hold.  We will publicise them when they restart. Watch this space.

The Latin Dance class can be done at different paces and by women of varying abilities. Wear loose clothes and trainers.

The Gentle Movement/Seated Chair Based exercise classes are slow but can still challenge those who want to push themselves. For these you need a stable chair. Useful props to have to hand: a long scarf, 2 tins (eg baked beans) and a soft ball.
