Twenty four hours in the life of an Israeli family in March 2002.

A high-tension drama exploring what happens when an Israeli family crosses Jerusalem during the latest intifada. An impulsive journey provokes disturbing questions about loyalty, personal morality and violence.

Varda, a 58 year old estate agent is pulling off a deal. Her son Gideon has to go on reserve in the occupied territories. Both are planning a birthday family lunch on this day when the past seeps into the present.

During this 24 hours, Jews, Christian Arabs and Muslim Palestinians  interconnect and the result is surprising.

"This is the most ambitious attempt to illuminate the world's most intractable
problem since David Hare's 'Via Dolorosa'. Compelling.
